You do not have to earn your place.
Whether today feels manageable or impossible, you are welcome exactly as you are.
You don't need to have the right words.
You don't need to explain yourself.
You don't need to be okay.
You don't have to earn your place here.
This is a gentle place to pause, breathe, and be exactly as you are for a while.
Take your time. Nothing is expected of you here.
We are a community built on kindness, compassion and hope — not a therapy service, medical service or crisis service. If you're ever in immediate danger or feel you can't keep yourself safe, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis service straight away.
Curious what else we can and can't offer? .
The One More Day Project is being built as a welcoming place for anyone carrying more than they can comfortably hold. You do not have to reach breaking point before you deserve compassion.
Whether today feels manageable or impossible, you are welcome exactly as you are.
There is no perfect way to get through a difficult day. Making it through today is enough.
Connection may not remove every burden, but it can make the weight feel less lonely.
You should not have to explain or justify your pain before you deserve kindness.
We listen before advising and never compare one person's pain to another's.
You will never be pressured to share, explain or move faster than feels safe.
You do not have to smile, pretend, shrink yourself or hide difficult feelings.
This is a community and creative support project, not therapy, medical treatment or crisis care.
You do not have to fix anything. For the next few moments, you can simply breathe and let the rest of the world wait.
Let your shoulders soften. Breathe only as deeply as feels comfortable.
Follow the circle if it helps. You can stop at any time, skip a breath, or breathe in your own rhythm.
One thing you can see.
One sound nearby.
One place your body is supported.
Type something you're carrying right now — a worry, a thought, a feeling. Release it into the space below, and pop it whenever you're ready to let it go. Or just pop the quiet bubbles that drift by. There's no score here. Nothing to win.
Nothing typed here is saved or sent anywhere — it exists only for as long as the bubble floats.
Connect, create and share honestly without pressure to perform or prove anything.
Every light you see is someone choosing one more day.
Drag the world gently to turn it. Tap a light for a quiet reminder.
Optional ambient sound. It will only begin when you choose it.
24 lights are shining here right now.
0 visits have left a star in this prototype sky.
You don't have to talk.
You don't have to explain.
You don't have to carry anyone.
Sometimes simply existing together is enough.
This didn't start as a community. It started with me.
This project began with a simple need: somewhere safe enough to put the weight down without being judged, fixed, rushed or asked to prove the pain.
I wanted a place where the first thing someone offered was not advice.
It was a friendly hello.
No expectation to explain. No pressure to open up before they were ready.
Just:
Because sometimes feeling less alone does not begin with a solution. Sometimes it begins with being welcomed before you have the words.
There is no right way to express what you're carrying.
Sometimes words fit. Sometimes they don't. That's okay.
Press the button whenever you would like a gentle idea. There is no pressure to use it.
What colour is today?
Your voice matters.
Whether you share it with the world, or keep it just for yourself.
This is not a score, a streak or a test. It is simply a quiet place to see the ways you have expressed yourself.
A poem, a story, a letter you may never send, a memory, a journal entry, or one sentence you needed to get out. It does not need to be polished to belong here.
Every piece has its own visibility choice. Keep it private, share it with selected people, offer it to the community, or make it public only when you decide.
No likes, rankings, or pressure to perform.
Begin with a title, a sentence, or a feeling. You can keep it completely private.
Only a title and some words are needed. Everything else is optional.

Use the prompt, change it completely, or ask for another.
Write a letter to the version of you who survived something nobody saw.
Start with an image, a colour, or a feeling rather than a full explanation.
Write to someone, your past self, your future self, or something you have lost.
Truth can sometimes feel safer when held by characters and imagined worlds.
Do not edit. Do not judge. Let the words arrive in whatever order they need.
Keep single photographs, build small albums, add the story behind an image, and save the ordinary moments that mattered to you.
Keep it only for yourself, choose trusted people, share with the One More Day community, or mark it public.
Finished photographs, quick snapshots and meaningful moments all belong here.
Add a photograph that holds a feeling, a place, a person, or a moment you do not want to lose.

You do not need perfect light, expensive equipment or a polished result.
Photograph one small thing that made today slightly easier.
Notice where light lands rather than searching for a perfect scene.
Move closer to something ordinary and let it become the whole frame.
Take the photograph for what it means to you, not for how others may judge it.
Keep short films, animations, edits, spoken thoughts, voice notes, readings, songs and moments that feel easier to express aloud.
Keep it only on this device, choose trusted people, offer it to the One More Day community, or mark it public only when you are ready.
No views, rankings or pressure to perform.
Upload a clip or record a voice note. It can stay completely private.
A file and title are enough. Everything else is optional.

Film a place, object or movement that says something you cannot put into a sentence.
Add a transcript or caption when you can, so the piece can be understood in more than one way.
Drawings, paintings, digital art, crafts, collages, unfinished experiments and pieces that are difficult to explain can all live here.
Choose the visibility of every piece separately, and change that choice whenever you need to.
No likes, rankings, or judgement. Just a place to keep what you create.
Add a finished piece, a rough sketch, a photograph of a craft, or something you are still figuring out.
An image and title are enough. Everything else is optional.

Draw what safety would look like if it were a place.
From one line written at 3 a.m. to a finished recording, it belongs here. Create privately, share with people you choose, open it to the community, or make it public when you are ready.
Every song, lyric and voice idea has its own visibility setting, and you can change it later.
Nothing is ranked and nothing has to be finished.
Add a finished track, a rough demo, a lyric, or simply an idea you do not want to lose.

🔒 Nothing shared here carries your name.
This is a space for whatever you'd like to leave behind.
When you're ready, you can read what others have chosen to leave behind, leave something of your own, or simply stay for a while.
No labels. No categories. Nothing has to be complete or make sense to anyone else.
Someone else’s journey may look different from yours, and that is okay.
There is no single right way to move through what you are carrying.
Take what helps. Leave what does not. You are allowed to move at your own pace.
Your story matters.
Even if you are not ready to share it yet.
Leave whatever feels heavy.
It does not have to be your whole story.
It can be one sentence.
A few words.
A letter you will never send.
Something you are ready to let go of.
Or simply… “Today was hard.”
Please leave out names, contact details, exact locations or anything that could identify you or somebody else.
Thank you for trusting this space with your words.
